Returns & Refunds Policy

At GERINOV, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after opening

3. Return Requests

To initiate a return, customers should contact contact@gerinov.com with their order number and reason for the return. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
